HI,

   complete process step along with T.code for Accrual/deferral posting in Flexible real estate management,

Like how to post to vendor 1st

then how to do Accrual/deferral posting.

Dear Chandra Mohan Muthu,

Seems to be you are trying to use LEASE-IN process in REFX.

Pre requisite for accruals is Periodic posting. (Also called invoice posting) if you use Lease in process then posting will happen against the vendor only.

Below standard T codes for accruals FYI.

RERAALCN - Accrual/Deferral: Contracts

REISALIT - Display Accrual/Deferral Results

RERAALCNRV - Reversal of Accrual/Deferral Postings

If you use straight line method in accruals no need to run separate t codes for accruals, during Periodic posting it will happen automatically.(T-Code – RERAPP)

For straight line method process, please refer to the SAP NOTE 907742.

Then regarding the Accrual/deferral posting yes its possable in REFX, as accrual engine is available.

In RE-FX-Accruals/deferrals: contracts (data is transferred from RE-FX to the Accrual Engine and at the same time, accrual postings are made)

In the Accrual Engine:

Display Accrual/Deferral Results

Reversal of Accrual/Deferral Postings (Reversal of the Data Transfer)
