Portal subscription removed. How to recover it?

Hello.

I have been able to configure the SAP HANA Cloud Portal Service (trial). I put some applications in there. Everything ok.

Then, by mistake, I clicked the actions button in the SAP HANA Cloud Portal subscription in the Subscription screen, and it immediately removed it without any warning.

Now the portal is not available anymore, and I can not recreate it, recover it or fix it.  How can it be done?

Can I remove my SAP HANA Portal trial Account and submit it again?

Help is appreciated.

Hi David,

You should be able to re-subscribe yourself to the application

  • In the Subscription screen, click the 'New Subscription' link
  • In the Provider Account choose 'trial'
  • Choose the missing application and click Save


The main application is 'flpportal' and then you should have 6 more applications (names starting with portal)

Thank you Run.

I had to provide a different name to the subscription but it did work.

I have the portal service again up and running.

The Cloud Portal operation team can recover the subscription for you.

Please send me the account ID, and we will try to recover it.
