PR Approval Items not fetched

I am implemnting Fiori PR Approval application and facing the error as below when opening the application. The OData service of WorkFlowTask Colleciton is also empty showing 0 entries though 7 are pending to be approved in inbox of the same user

The current components are on latest UIX01EAP 100 (0008 ) and GBAPP002 600 (0010 ) in embedded deployment system.

Have you checked the release information note 1937868 - Installation Information for Approve Requisitions and implemented the stated notes for your system?
