My Inbox Potential users detail

Hi All,

I have implemented My Inbox Fiori application a.However when I click  on “forward” button system states nobody in the list .

When I checked the console ,System made a call to backend system for get potential owners details.

Does it  means that it fetch users for backend system or it get potential user details from gateway system?

Hello Risha,

The potential owners navigation will retrieve all potential owners for that specific task. It has to work the same as in the inbox (or Business Workplace) in SAP GUI. When you select a workitem and click the transmit button (an envelope) a little window appears and there you will find a button for possible agents. If you see a list of users here then the same you will see in Fiori. The difference is that the Business Workplace allows you to transmit the workitem to any user if you know the name.

Hi Riya,

It depends on your system alias assignment to the taskprocessing OData service.

If the workitem is from your inbox in the backend, possible agents are from the backend.
