Add System alias to OData service to include in TR

Currently in my development system few an OData service is missing system alias .

I tried adding system alias by navigating to /n/iwfnd/maint_service > Add system alias to service

But a pop up occurs with message , Individual entries cannot be put to change request. How can i add system alias to missing service so that it can be included to TR and moved to quality.

Hi Daniel,

Try adding system alias through SPRO tcode.

Go to : SapNetWeaver > Gateway > OData Channel > Administration > General setting > Assign system alias to Odata services.

- Add your entry.

- Click on "Include in request" button on the application toolbar.

- Save your entry and it will prompt for the TR

In your development system try deactivating and deleting the ICF node, then delete the service from the service catalog. Now go to Add Service, select the correct system alias and activate the OData service. While doing this you should see the option of creating a transport request.

Hi Daniel,

This is information pop-up, you can try click on ok and continue to maintain system alias. It will prompt you for transport request.
