CR final approver change......

Hi Techies,

Here I am facing an issue that one CR (change request) is showing pending for final approval, but final approver has gone for leave, now I want to re-route to this change request to another approver who will approve it finally, can you please share me the detail steps. (PPOME- maintain the organization structure).

Hi Kumar,

Check WF log and take the approval Work Item ID and in transaction SWIA and use "Administrator Forward" button to forward the Work item

Hi,

You could forward the workitem to another approver using transaction SWIA
