Problems using more than one Spool WP

I'm having problems the <b>spool WP</b>, At first we used One spool WP, but now we need to print documents of 3000 - 4000 pages, that means that the WP will be working with this request a long time, that's why we add two more WP.

The idea is that other people can use the printers while this documents are being possessed.

Actually these 3 WP are not working very well...

Issues:

- Perhaps a user prints a document and the document is never printed ( in the SAP spool everything looks OK, and in windows too ).

- The documents are not printed in a sequential order.

Any one has a solution for these?

Regards.

Claudio.

Hi,

For the sequential print, check the option "process requests sequentially" (Output Attributes) in transaction SPAD for the printers in question.

However the option should only be set on printers where the sequential order is important.
