Work Manager displaying UTF-8 characters under Notes

Hi Experts,

Our Work Manager application 6.3 is running in Portuguese Language. But it is not supporting UTF-8 charset, i.e, It is not displaying certain characters in the tablet instead it displays some junk characters. Attached the screenshot below for reference.

Can you please help me how to resolve this issue?

Basil,

Based on your question above, our best guess is to use the localization feature of Agentry wherein for any special characters to convert it to the correct symbol.

In theory:

SAP ERP --> BAPI Return --> Java Return (SAPWM.jar) --> SMP 3.0 (Agentry - ini localization) --> Display to Client

So the ini file for localization may have a mapping of the Portuguese to the Agentry client screen.
