application acknowledgment error

Hi friends,

I have and issue in IDOC to PROXY scenario which involved BPM in this interface. The BPM and it's process executing successfully without  any errors. but when acknowledgment coming back proxy system to idoc system I am getting below error(attached screenshot) in PI sxmb_moni.

error is deferred acknowledgment handling and invalid adapter status.

how can I avoid this error as these messages blocking all the queues. I have searches one OSS note for the same, if we implement can we avoid this error??

before implementing I need to check whether every thing is fine or not.

Hello Friends,

any suggestions/solutions for this issue.

I have checked one more thing, in few interfaces there is no BPM involved. For those interfaces we are able receive application ack with out any errors.

could you please tell me,where i need to check to resolve this issue...
