How to set Reservation Relevance/Generation of Purchase Requisition updatable

Hi all,

our PS customizing is showing Network parameter Reservation Relevance/Generation of Purchase Requisition as un-updatable and set to 3-Immediately.

We have found in SPRO / Project System / Structures / Operative Structures... / Network / Setting for Network / Network Default

that our default option has been set to 3 -Immediately and that the Network is created as already Released.

Now we need to prevent PurReq creation until the project PrdOrd haven't been completely entered. Then, once the Engineering / Planning depts will complete the finish product definition we want to let the user to change the Newtork parameter to 3- Immediately.

Summarizing we want to find out how to update our Network customizing in order to have:

1. the parameter set to 3-Immedialtey as default

AND

2. UPDATABLE by the user in order to use it to prevent PR when required.

Hello Silvia,

Go to the transaction OPUU

This is the network profile maintenance screen

Here you can change the option between, never, from release or immediately

Once you change the option to either never or release then the field is open for the user to use it.

If the option is immediately then you cannot reverse the action and hence it is always greyed out as standard.
