Policy Attachment

Hi gurus,

We are performing a policy survey, however in the pdf created, the policy can not be seen. Please find attached thee survey we received.

Is there something we can do to attach the policy document to the policy survey?

Hello John,

You need to check, first of all, whether the extension of the file attached to the PDF is in your system MIME types. Does it have a specific format in attachments and links tab? If yes, is it docx or xlsx?Maintain Upper Limit for Size of Attachments

Check the size of the PDF files in the SPRO customizing -> Maintain Upper Limit for Size of Attachments. If it is 0, it does not have a specific limit.

Hi Fernando,

Thanks for your reply. I have checked that and it is already set to 10 MB. However, I guess the error is coming from here. When I access to the Policy from the Master Data tab, and click on "Policy Document" and try to Open it, I get an error message. please check the image attached
