Hi
To my Knowledge we can delete.
Perform a Where-Used List before you delete systems, servers or databases.
Cheers!

Hi Rajender,
You can delete and re-create a system in DSWP.But as stated above by members please make sure that the system is not being used in any solution or project. If it is being used first make a list of side-effects of such a step.If the effects are minimal, then go for deleting the systeml.
But can you kindly specify what is the need for deleting and recreating the system.
Best Regards
Amit

Hi Rajinder,
There is no problem in deleting a system, but before deleting just right click and see the where used list and also check whether it is used in any project.
If it is not used any where else you can delete it and then recreate it.
Hope this will suffice your problem.
Thanks and Regards

Hi
We can delete and recreate the entries from SMSY.
But we have to take care of certain things
Projects (if you ahev attached the systems with any projects) and after that you can delete. Becuase there is interdependencies present and if you delete the systems in the begining then you cannot delete the present projects.
But it would not effect the users and databases of systems present in SMSY.
Hope this would answer the question.
Thanks
