One step Approval

Hello Experts,

   My customer requires create a change request and approve it in only one step ( a user create the change request and then  replicate it right away ) . Is there a way to achieve that easily  ( or the only way is to  create a custom workflow ) , I have heard about super user but is not quite clear to me , waht do you think ?

the easiest way is to create a custom BRF+ Workflow. I'm attaching an example.

Hi Jose,

If you are using rule based workflow, you can directly assign the activation step in the first row of single value decision table soon after step 00. Generally previous step 00 and next step 91 in standard template.
