Travel Trip Provision Variant

Dear  All,

We want to implement Travel management for a company, when we create a Trip Provision variant then when we copy from an existing variant for example 99- International accounting  then all the tables will get copied with the default values for  99

However for the company the requirement will be different than the default values copied  of 99

However is it possible to create a trip provision variant without copying the default values  ,also is this approach recommended

Hi,

You can of course also create your own trip provision variant from without copying - however, it's for sure easier to copy the 99er one and change/delete the entries that do not fit to your requirements.
