Hi Simon,
It is a workspace corruption as Bhavesh has mentioned. I have had this problem before and was able to correct it by deleting the offending file on my system. In your case it would be this file:
'H:\Workspace\workspace2\Integration Flows\diagrams\iflow\nkp0105.diagram'
