EchoSign Integration with Sourcing

Hi Gurus,

We are implementing an integration of third party digital signature solution(Echo Sign) with CLM 10.0.

We need additional information on how the contract document is send to the Echosign server whether it is a Web Service call or an HTTP request.

We went through the configuration guide but did not find any such information.

If anyone can share the underlying technical details it would be very helpful.

The Adobe API is called via WebService call.

Hi Rajiv,

Best option would be to raise an OSS with SAP to provide you with the full list of documents for the EchoSign integration. This would be the simplest way to understand the process and implications.

For specific technicalities we can try to help here in SCN just in case you face any issues.

For example, in my case the only 'problem' faced with the process was that (given the buyside cluster had no internet access) we were unable to use a WebService Gateway to link with Adobe; and we were forced to use an HTTP Proxy for connection.
