Validation SO/PO/ACTUAL before budget transfer

1. Question, how to setting/config validation SA/GR/ACTUAL before budget transfer to next fiscal year.

This is my issue, actual already on fiscal year 2017 before budget transfer.

2. Question, when we get this figure at 2017, we cannot transfer budget from fiscal year 2016 to fiscal year 2017

Suggest to check the kind of posting for actual cost in future year. Run IMCOC3 to check for any inconsistency.

Hi,

It is possible to post cost in next year if your budget availability control is activated on overall budget. PLs check if this is the case and change the control to Annual budget so that your postings are checked against annual budget. Also check if you would like to have control on release budget as an addition control point.

PLs change below settings in your budget profile:

1. Budget distribution : Annual

2. Availability control active on: Annual budget, might include release budget check as an additional control

3. Tolerance Limits for PR/PO/FI postings and change them accordingly

How did you get actual postings when you didn't have any budget?  Assuming Budget Availability control was on.

Budget Availability Contol is on, but checking only works for first fiscal year. The next fiscal year budget availability check does not work anymore where actual cost was posted before budget transfer/enter

Our budget profile is for annual budget.
