Printer problem !!

In 270 client we face problem in printing from smartforms.

Whatever we give for print there is an error entry in Spool and the error description tells that there is some problem with the Operating system.

Os is Ux..

Plz. check the following ...

Please run the report to empty the spooler

RSPO0041

Report RSPO0041 deletes entries from spool tables TSP* that contain spool job administration data and spool data

RSPO1041

Report RSPO1041 deletes entries from spool tables TSP* that contain spool job administration data and spool data.

RSPO1043

Report RSPO1043 deletes inconsistent objects in spool tables TSP* that contain spool job admin data

2nd snapshot showing file system full, try to recover some space on SAP kernel direcotry, hope this will help you.

Hi

There is the problem in the Host Spool Access Method, What types of Acess Method being used ?

I will recommend to use the G:access types, OS will not restrict you to use any types of access method.

Did you check the Format type ? may be your reports beyond the page format

Try to adjust your report with X_65_132 format.

Hi MSR,

The second screenshot shows that a file is full.

Just clean it up the space or increase it. printing will resume.
