How to know HANA View Deletion Log

Hi Everyone,

Recently, we faced an issue with the view which was created in a respective package was missing/ deleted. In order to investigate the deletion logs, I could not get the respective information. It was pointing to SAP Admin recovery logs most of the time.

Please suggest on how to get the deletion log of a calculation view in HANA studio.

A guess - maybe try looking at _SYS_REPO - OBJECT_HISTORY?

I take it you did not have auditing active?

Thanks Michael,

I do not have authorization it seems "SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]:Insufficient privilege: Not authorized"

Is there any chance I can get these details from other schemas like _sys_bic. Please suggest.

Not that I am aware off.

Why don't you troubleshoot the 258 error by running an authorisation trace to see which privilege you are missing to view these?

Again this is only a guess in regards to the _SYS_REPO - OBJECT_HISTORY
