Hi Experts,
We are working on Work Manager 6.2 for Windows client and SP 07.
The Operation List filter on the Work order detail screen is not working properly. When I select one Work order
from the Work order list I can see the corresponding Operation list on the right side as a standard functionality.
If I select the Filter type = Operation status to filter the Operations based on statuses, for the first time it is showing correct list of all statuses in the drop down of the filter option.
After that if I select different Work order and select Filter type = Operation status, In the drop down it is showing the
previously selected Filter's Operation statuses. It is not showing the current list of operation's statuses.
Could any one please help me understand and overcome this issue.
Thanks in advance,
Sujit Ghanti
Sujit,
Is this something you added during configuration? I don't see that as an option in the standard product so I am a little unclear on exactly where / what you are doing.

Hi Bill,
Please see below screen shots to get a clear idea.
I have marked Operation filter by red arrow for your reference. After clicking on this filter option I am getting a pop up for the filter as below -
In this filter option I am filtering Operation List based on statuses as shown above. Now if I select different Work order and follow the same procedure to filter the task list, same drop down values (previous work order's operation's statuses) will appear as you are seeing in the screen shot. The drop down showing the statuses is not refreshing.
Could you please help me understand this.
Thanks in advance,
Sujit Ghanti
Are you sure you have maintain different TaskStatus for different Task?
In current scenario what is happening is you have workorder which has Operation collection. And the filter is working on Operation collection which has the displayed status. And i am damn sure you would have same status for all the operation. If not please check in ATE. If the status are same then it is working as expected. In this case you have to remove the filter criteria while navigating to different workorder manually.
Agentry client always keeps the filter criteria in memory. so, if you navigate to the different order it will not remove the current filter set.
Hope this makes you clear.
Thanks
Ajitesh
Hi Sujit,
Did you add this filter functionality in workorder detail screen? what is the target you are passing? are you just passing current object? if yes, i would suggest to pass workorderListTileView-> currentscreenset->currentobject.
Thanks
Ajitesh
