Alert Mechanism in NW BPM

Former Member

Hello Experts,

I am using a  BPM scenario in which operational mapping is being called in NW BPM.

I want to set up an alert mechanism wherein an alert should be triggered to certain contacts(email ID's) if the mapping fails inside BPM.

Please share your views if the same can be achieved inside NW BPM and how.

Please let me know in case of any detail required from my end.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Shubham

HI Bhavesh,

Thanks for sharing the links.

I was following the links shared by you in which  i do not get the list of events to be selected in the Boundary events after clicking "ADD".

Any idea regarding the same??.

Shubham.

Shubham,

I am on PO 7.31 SP 06 and this is not supported.

Check what version of PO you are running. If PO 7.31 SP10, then I would suggest update your NWDS to the corresponding version and you should see this option and you can use the same.

If you are not on PO 7.31 SP 10, you cannot use this feature and you will have to use Classical Alerting to monitor this.

Regards

Bhavesh

Hello Shubham,

The link share by Bhavesh will help you.

From the Error capturing you can have a automated activity to trigger message from NWBPM and then a mail adapter in PI to trigger mails.
