Save a report not possible anymore after upgrade to Excel 2016

Hi everyone,

When executing transaction GRR3, and opening a report, this opens inside SAP NWBC based on an excel spreadsheet. Normally I can click on "file" and "save as", but since the upgrade of my company to office 2016, it's no longer possible to "save" the file.

any suggestions?

1. ) TCODE : GRR3

2.) select the correct report

3.) execute

4.) reports opens inside NWBC in Excel-format

5.) normally click "file" - "save as" --> no longer possible

kr,

Matthias

You can try using the Quick Access Toolbar as a workaround.

For the latest version of the file Word2007template.dotm and a report, see SAP Note 1091389.

Hello Boeck,

Did your company install a 32-bit version or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office on client desktops? SAP Front End software is still only compatible with 32-bit versions of Office.

Hi,

we are also using 32 bit...
