STO delivery is not showing in MD04

Hi Experts,

We have one customized STO type for which, we have different delivery type. once I create STO, its showing in MDO4 for supplying as well as in receiving site but once I create delivery, its not showing either delivery or STO number in MDO4 (usually it shows delivery in supplying site). its showing STO number in receiving store.

This is happening only for one of the STO type and other STO type we are getting delivery  number in MD04 for supplying site. so kindly let me know where we need to make this settings to appear delivery in MD04.

Dear sir ;

please check the MRP settings in " Overall Maintenance of Plant Parameter .you may have ticked the STO as well in " Available stock "

Hi Joydeep,

MDO4 is not showing delivery created for one of STO type and rest STO/PO types its showing deliveries created in MD04

Kindly let me know which setting I have to do to appear delivery created in MD04 for supplying site..

Go to  SPRO  -->IMG-->Materials Management -->Consumption Based Planning -->Plant Parameter -->Carry Out Overall  Maintenance of Plant Parameter --->Maintain-->Enter the Plant  SAP Code --->:

Available stock : Here Un -tick the Stock Transfer Order .

Already these setting in place and stock transfer order is un-ticked.

I believe I am missing some config for this STO/PO type or for this delivery type used for this STO, hence its not showing-up in MDO4 for supplying site

For other STO/PO deliveries its showing correctly.only for newly created STO type its not showing

Are you doing Intra  Company or company to company Stock transfer ?

Inter company transfer, one store to another store..

Any settings is missings in MDO4 tcode??? for any specific delivery or checking rule?

what we have used is without availability to checking rule assignment .checking rule 2 .

Any settings required in MD04...

once we create STO its showing in MDO4 for supplying plant but once we create Delivery for this STO..this line item will disappear.

usually after creating delivery it should replace Delivery number with STO number but its not happening..

Dear vinay,

First plant need to be  identified whether same or different plant

Over all plant Settings to be done for the plant as well as availability check,delivery check options 

In MRP settings  stock check for plant/Storage location data and check wehther the document type settings during STO for the plant

Hi Krishna,

I am facing this issue, only when I am transferring from one plant to another and if I am transferring from DC to plant, then the delivery is appearing in MDO4 for DC

But when my supplying plant is not DC and other plant then MDO4 is not showing delivery.

Issue resolved....Requirement class was not assigned to Delivery item Category, after assigning delivery is visible in MD04 for supplying site....

Some times we need to check the avaliablity check in material master for changes or either there.

This will affect the display of replenishment delivery note in MD04
