All required exemption parameters like ICMS exemption reason ( MOTDESICMS) =7 , IPI legal code ( CENQ) =399 , ICMS exemption value VICMSDESON is correctly getting updated in table J_1BNFLIN.
But these values are not following to relevant tags in Nota fiscal XML file.

What can be the reason ?
