Catalog Long TEXT to be copied Automatically in Notification

Hello Gurus,

We have maintained TEXT (Questionare which will help assigned user / department to take up the issue further) in Catalogs (Type 02) .Now when ever we have NC is plant user selects respective catalog ( while selecting he/she can see the TEXT in catalog) but this TEXT is not copied in long TEXT of TASK.
Am I missing something in standard ?

Hi Mac,

Please check the SAP Note / KBA:

1707031 - Code long text (defined in transactions QS41, QS43) is missing in quality notification's item, task, activity.

Did you check in QS41 and QS43 are the long texts imported to your catalogues?

Yes ... I see that TEXT  are imported
