Unable to find task /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_CREATE for type D of system role

Hi,

While creating TR under an Urgent Correction CD (Maintenance Project with phase 'In Dev with Release'), user is not able to create TR due to the following error:

Unable to find task /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_CREATE for type D of system role

Kindly help me in identifying the root-cause of this issue.

Hi Gopal,

Please check the following:

1. Do a Consistency check for the Maintenance project and see if System landscapes are consistent.

2. Go to SMSY and see if the corresponding Logical Component has the roles defined appropriately and is in sync with LMDB. Also check the consistency of the Logical Component.

3. If the above checks are fine then check the Transport Route consistency and RFC connections from Solution manager to Development system.

4.You can also check SLG1 to see a detailed error message.

Hi Prasath,

This issue was due to a customized task variant, which was utilized in the ChaRM project.

There was some extensive customization which was done and for that only, this customized variant was being used.

Now we have reset it to the standard SAP0 variant and it is working fine now.

Yes, as Gopal identified, this issue was fixed using the 'standard SAP0 variant' in the phase cycle.
