We've been live with GRC 10.1 SP11 and we are now facing issues with our reports in PROD. During any report execution, most selection criteria are not working. Examples below:
Access Management -> Access Risk Analysis -> User Level
When using the dafaulted criteria in our config (User = Dialog), results don't always bring anything even though we select "Include Mitigated Risks" and even though we are sure User is a Dialog user in the backend system.
Selection criteria Risk Level = all also only brings Medium risks. We have to remove this selection line to be able to actually get all risks on the results.
Reports & Analytics -> Access Requests Reports -> Service Level for Requests
When running this report, I have to remove the lines for the selection criterias "Service Level Agreement" and "Status" to get accurate results.
Our SLA set in Config is ok, so once again, selection criteria "All" is not working for "Status" and for any other field.
Those are just examples, we basically have issues with any report that we are using some selection criteria, mostly when selecting "all" doesn't bring "all".
