Hi All,

Thanks to everyone for your valuable Suggestions/Solutions.

Now I am able to see objects in sproxy.

we are also not sure how it was resolved, last step which we performed is providing the necessary roles for the users which are used in th SM59 RFC destinations.

Configuring Process Integration After Installation - SAP Library

Now we are getting another error, when we tried to trigger one message to the proxy (PO to ECC) we are getting below error:

Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

Sateesh.

Hi All,

Can anyone provide end to end configuration steps so i can cross check whether the Basis has followed all steps or not?

Hi Sateesh,

Please check the below in ECC system.

1. In SM59, the RFC connection "SAP_PROXY_ESR" of type "G" created and working.

You should provide the PI system name, port and "/rep" as path prefix.

Also make sure the user used in this connection has the required roles.

If something is changed here, recreating the connection will work.

2. In SLDAPICUST, you should have the PI system name mentioned as primary and test connection working.

3. You should have the business system for ECC system present in the PI SLD and when you do SLDCHECK in ECC system you should be able to see that BS.

4. Make sure the ECC business system in PI SLD has a logical system name associated.

Best Regards,

Priyanka

  • Can you let us know what happens when you hit SPROXY?Do you get a error / info that say - Local Objects visible or you get no message and nothing is displayed?
  • Is there some specific SWCV that is not visible or all SWCVs of PO are not visible?

Bhavesh

Hi All,

Before we din't have the proper roles for users which are used in RFC destination of ECC now we have assigned the roles as per the below link

Configuring Process Integration After Installation - SAP Library

After assigning roles anything we need to do to show the ESR objects in sproxy.

Hello Satheesh,

Check the user details and URL in the SM59 proxy connections.

Once the password was reset and we didnt update in SM59 ,ended up in the same error.

Hi Raghu,

Password was not changed, they just added the roles for the users.

Hello Satheesh,

Is it a single stack?

Check in SM59 connection in addition to notes provided by Inaki.
