Hi Experts,
I am looking for a solution to integrate Super Distributors with ECC. Super Distributors are defined as customer who are currently sharing the data manually, whereas client wish to automate the process of receiving information from Super Distributors.
One way I have suggested to client is to use PI to convert .xls sheets from Super distributor.
Please can someone suggest the best/latest solution available. Text Removed Thanks

If cost is a constraint to route the information through PI...you can create a custom program (and assign a transaction code) in ECC to process the data received from Super Distributors in a defined format.

Hi Richard,
"Super Distributors are defined as customer who are currently sharing the data manually"
What is the data that's being shared by those so-called Super distributors? Is it basically a sales order with header and item information?
"client wish to automate the process of receiving information from Super Distributors."
First thing that comes to mind is to set up an ALE scenario, and create sales orders via IDOC processing.

Well that sounds like consignment stock, and can be tracked under SD Consignment Process. If you are billing your super distributors after shipment (and before your super distributor sells the goods to their customer), some extra tweaks here and there would need to be done.
How many super distributors do you have? They need to inform you(r system) when they deliver the goods to their customer so that you can post goods issue from their consignment stock in your system.
This can all be handled by IDOCs.
