ITSM - Add assignment block in CRM UI

Hello experts,

I would like to ask, what is the simplest way how to add assignment block in CRM UI in Solution Manager. I would like to add this Attachment block ,which is available through Create Service Request to one of our Service Request guided procedures which are available for users with limited authorization. The goal is to upload a .pdf from guided procedure.

Hi Ján.

To accomplish it you have to take steps described in this guide. With our customer we had the same problem as you do and based on information provided in this guide we were able to add attachments assignment block in guided procedure.
