Shipping point not showing in sales order while doing F4

Hello All

I am facing issue related to shipping point in sales order.

In OVL2 all config is maintained but when we check while doing F4 it doesn't comes as option in sales order

Example :shipping point LV01,LV02 are maintained in OVL2 but not getting displayed in sales order...But LV12,LV13 is getting displayed

What could be issue here?Need opinion on this from the members

Hi,

Have you check whether the plant at item level is coming or not addition to the shipping condition from customer master record and loading group from respective material master in line item.

From config point things look ok, there will be some issue at master data level for sure.

Have you cross check the below points are same as define in Shipping point Determination ??

Shipping Condition: in Shipping Tab Header Leavel

Loading Group: in Material Master.

Plant in Shipping Tab Item leavel
