Failed to initialize error on click of an Application Tile in the Fiori Launchpad

Hello

I am getting the 'Failed to initialize' error on click of launchpad tile. No other information is displayed, not even the app id or transaction id or anything else. Just the close button is displayed.

How do I go about solving this error. Where will i find information related to this error.

First check in your browser console what error messages you see. Also check in the front end system in the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

Hi Jalpa,

We are also getting the same error when we click on the Fiori Launchpad tile. Have your issue resolved? can you please update with your solution approach, if that is resolved?
