Configurable_Material_Components_cost_estimation_report

Hi,

We have requirement, from external system they will send materials with characteristic value of (Configurable Materials) to SAP. SAP need check all components of materials cost and send responds to 3^rd party system.

1) Do we have any T code to get this cost estimation? Can we use CU50 ?

If yes, how we can send this data to external system. do we have any FM, BAPI or IDOC.

Or suggest any other alternative report or T code available.

Hello,

For the configurable material costing would be on sales order item level, based on the characteristics you selected while creating a sales order. You can use CK51N for sales order costing mass can be done though CK55. Also note in requirement class transaction OVZG define costing so that cost estimate is created automatically when saving the sales order item.

In Transaction CU50, you can select the functions to create a costing and to display a costing as menu options when you go to the costing but it is not saved anywhere means performing a cost estimate as simulation. You must carry out the cost estimate of a quotation item or a sales order item in order to obtain a meaningful price please refer consulting note 449737 - Info: Cost estimate in Transaction CU50

FM used for costing is  CK_F_CONFIGURATION_CALC and check report CK53N  and  KKBC_KUN
