Is SAP GUI JAVA 740 for aarch64 linux?
I got the error like this:
----------------------------------------------------
Attempt to load shared library
/home/oem/SAPClients/SAPGUI7.40rev6/bin/libJPlatin64.so failed.
The library file exists, so either the program has insufficient privileges to
access the library or the library is not loadable by the shared object loader.
Please recheck the system requirements for your operating system and make sure
all required libraries are installed.

Hi Cris,
Thanks a lot for the reply.
The libJPlatin64.so is decompressed from the Linux64-lib.jar when installing PlatinGUI740. It is for X86-64.
Whether there are other versions? Is it surely that the aarch64 platform is not supported?
I does not have access to the note 909250.
Thanks.
Xuan

Hi Cris,
I got the note and some instructions from a blog written in 2012.
"SAPGUI for Java contains native JPlatin library which is available only for the x86 platform."
It seems that you don‘t have a plan to adapt SAPGUI to arm linux platform. I wonder how much should we pay for it?
Thanks,
Xuan
