Hana One portal will not allow me to manage servers

Hi,

I'm managing several Hana One 244 GB instances running Version Rev 095.244.0. I'm not able to manage any of these instances from the web portal. each time I attempt to manage an instance, the manage button returns to "Manage" after a couple of seconds and the server remains unmanaged. I need to be able to manage these servers from at least one server at some point. How should I go about managing them?
