Hana One Web Portal freezes on Please Wait screen

Hi

I'm managing a SAP HANA One 122GB (Version Rev 095.122.0) instance where the portal displays the "Please Wait" message perpetually under both Managed and Unmanaged instances after logging in to the web portal. I've rebooted the server and this has not corrected the issue.

Any recommendations for how to proceed with this would be greatly appreciated.
