lumira register issue

Hi everyone

I have an issue trying to register one account  in yo lumira cloud, we are using free edition, now we need to upload info to lumira cloud from lumira desktop, but one message appears it says  the we need an invitation.

What does it mean?  any any ideas?

Hi Yeniffer,

Lumira cloud is not supported from v1.28. What version is your Lumira Desktop ?

Hi Yeniffer,

Since you are still in the v1.28 series, you might be able to access Lumira cloud. 1.29 onwards there is no option to publish on Lumira cloud. Also refer to, SAP Lumira Cloud

But I would go ahead and upgrade to the latest v1.30 which has lot of new features. In this case, you can share to the BI Launchpad or Lumira Server for Teams. Do you have any of these ?

First I want you to go to this link: SAP Lumira Cloud and read over the referenced blog. Then, if you really, really, really need to use the Lumira Cloud, do the following:

Contact SAP Support and ask them to reset your account.

Once your account is reset perform the following steps to relink your account

1) Close all your browsers

2) Open your browser and close all tabs

3) Go to https://accounts.sap.com <https://accounts.sap.com/>

4) Login using your "S00########" account and associated password (do not use your email address to login)

5) Verify you are logged in correctly. Your s-number should be under "User ID"

6) If it is the wrong account press Ctrl + Shift + Delete and clear everything (note this deletes all active session cookies, active sessions, and cached data)

7) Then try logging in again.

9) Click login

i have the answer ftom pas lumira team

..the answer is

Lumira cloud reach end on life this coming September, and as such, they have closed new cloud account registrations.

Moving forward , Sap Business Objects Cloud for analytics, will be the cloud based agile visualizations application.
