Hi,

SAP Fiori Myinbox is configured but its showing 0 tasks.

There are tasks in myInbox with (READY, COMPLETED) in the back-end ECC Inbox but nothing is being displayed in FIORI.

What I have checked so far:

1.  There is no error found on front-end in IWFND/ERROR_LOG, Fiori MyInbox shows 0 tasks.

2.  We have implemented note  2153599

Here is the service details when I checked.

Thanks

Thanks to all your help, its really very much appreciated.

The issue has been resolved.

we implemented following notes as per the support from SAP, and it has resolved the issue. The first note resolved by showing all workflow tasks in My Inbox 2.0 FIORI App.

2130990 - Task Gateway: Potentially no data shown for particular task type using class /I

2184436 - Task Gateway: Enable tasks that do not have a parent workflow for SAP Business

2256525 - Incorrect internal length is calculated for properties

2278290 - String truncation in $filter in non unicode system

2296029 - Support for Non unicode system (only on Backend)

However we are still on IW_PGW 100 008

Best Regards

Hi Syed,

Please run  /IWWRK/WF_TGW_QUERY_TASKS and check whether you are getting any results.

Hi Syed,

Few checks :

1. Userid in backend ecc and my inbox should be same

2. Have applied all the notes as per the release note for my inbox

3. Software version for the system alias is : /IWPGW/BWF (Refer ). Service name is /IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING V2

4. Have cleared all the system cache or browser cache. Retrigger the workflow and test again.

5. Have performed the configurations as per help.sap document.

In Maintain Task Names and Decision Options End of the navigation path in SPRO, configure all the workflow template id and step id which you want the app to be displayed.

Fill in the Step Name table as described below and save your entries:

  • Workflow ID: Enter the ID of your workflow template.
  • Step ID: Enter the task step from your workflow template.
  • Icon MIME Repository Path: Leave this field blank.
  • Step Description: Enter the task name.

Tejas

Hi Tejas,

Thanks for the quick check-list.

Please see results in line below.

1.  Userid in backend ecc and my inbox should be same.

Yes, same userid is being used.

I tried to check the service and here are some results:

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/TaskCollection/$count/?$filter=Status eq         'FOR_RESUBMISSION' or Status eq 'COMPLETED'

When try to access:

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/TaskCollection/$count/?$filter=Status eq 'READY' or Status eq 'RESERVED' or Status eq 'IN_PROGRESS' or Status eq 'EXECUTED'.

NOTE: This appeared after we upgraded a component on front end.

UIX01CA1 100 to UIX01CA1 200

2. Have applied all the notes as per the release note for my inbox

After the upgrade of component a new issue has been found.

3. Software version for the system alias is : /IWPGW/BWF (Refer SAP Fiori LL18 - System Aliases definition for Fiori). Service name is /IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING V2

  Yes, this is correct.

4. Have cleared all the system cache or browser cache. Retrigger the workflow and test again.

Yes, cleared cache / system cache, but had no success.

For getting the list do we need to configure this? will do once we get the list of tasks and later will update all workflows.

Thanks
