Where is "webadmin" application?

In note 750059, it said that we need to stop the "webadmin" application to stop DSR completely. But where is this application? I browsed with Visual Administrator and telnet and SDM, but none could find it. Could someone tell me where to find it? Thanks.

Hi Mike,

Actually, there is some misunderstanding here.

The Web Administrator that is planned for 7.0 is a tool for administration of the J2EE Engine.

What is meant in the SAP Note is a very similar example application webadmin, which you can deploy and test from the start page of the J2EE Engine. If you haven't deployed that application from the start page, it will not be available in the Deploy Service in the Visual Administrator and you don't have to explicitly stop it to be able to disable the DSR Service as well. If you have deployed that application though, you will be able to see a sap.com/webadmin application in the Deploy Service and when you select that application the "Stop Application" button becomes active and you can stop the application.

Best regards,

Viliana
