SFTP Receiver adapter error Fingerprint invalid. Fingerprint is:

I configured this server/fingerprint/user/password in SFTP receiver adapter in my prod system. But I am seeing Fingerprint invalid error.

I changed the fingerprint and tested, same error. I deleted the channel and configured again by verifying fingerprint with help of WinSCP, but same error.

One point is that when i try to configure same server/fingerprint details in quality system and try to send files, they process normally without any error.

Hello Harshit,

We faced exact the same issue couple of days back. The issue is because of the cache, so you need to restart the SFTP service in adapter engine. We have restarted the  PI server , so it worked.

Hello Harshit,

Try connecting to your SFTP server using tools like CoreFTP. Give the user id and password and click on connect. It will prompt you with server fingerprint. Use this in your channel.

Hi Harshit,

Kindly use * in place of fingerprint. It will skip fingerprint validation. Later you can copy and paste the fingerprint visible in communication channel monitoring.

.* may also work for the same purpose.
