How can we find all the output types been used in the system for deliveries.

Example:

Picking list: VL06O/LT03

Delivery Note: VL71.

My requirement is to find all the valid outputs attached along with the transaction/business process which uses that output as the examples mentioned above.

There is also something called an Output Determination procedure. This procedure is a list of output types. Then you assign the procedure to a document type. There are different procedures for the different document types. Look in the IMG for Output Determination Procedure.

Hello Vishal,

the output types could be maintained in the transaction V/30 (sales order), V/40 for billings and V/34 for deliveries.
