I cannot find Opentext ILM guide for SAP (or any ERP)  on www.opentext.com

Could you please tell me the exact title or product number or whatever way to find it?

Did you see the overview presentation SAP Solutions for Information Lifecycle Management Overview in Detail

Check also the link ILM configuration with only ABAP Stack | SCN

AFAIK opentext documents are not general available and complex configurations are done by opentext consultants.
