single shipment for Single delivery

Hello,

When I run the VT04 (collective shipment run), the program RV56TRGN is creating single shipment for all the deliveries which are available for the date.

User want that VT04/Back ground Job should create single shipment for single delivery. Please advise how to set up this function. thank you.

Hello, try adjusting the  VT04 variants to restrict it to one delivery.

I believe it is the variant where number of deliveries are restricted Try changing the number as follows:

Max = 1 and Min = 1

I got it.  In VT04 screen under rules section, there is a variant to choose the "grouping criteria" where if we can select "delivery number" as grouping criteria, program RV56TRGN will create only one shipment for one delivery document.. thank you so much.
