Upgrade to SP3-Potential Impact

Hi Experts, When we upgrade to SP3 do we lose any work that we have done on SP2 ? I mean would we be having any impact on our existing flavors or scripts or any work we have done . Just wanted to ensure that we dont lose any of our hard  work put on SP2 (building flavors,scripts etc etc)  and to avoid redoing of any work what are  the best practice's  before upgrading to SP3. As long as your system fulfills the pre-requisite patch level (min. 400 for 7.42), yes.
