Livecache Installation Error

Dear Experts,

I m trying to install Livecache on APO3.1 server.

At time of Livecache installation i m facing following probelm on 78%:

Starting SAP DB to Mode COLD

Error: ADADBGETCOLDFIRST_NT_ADA InternalInstallationDo 2 57

iaxasdbmodus: Error:

Error: Main {} 2 57

Installation aborted.

Pl. give me solution for this error.

Hi Pranav

Before expecting a correct solution for problem , will try to isolate it.

Check the installation procedure you follow, If you are installing LC on the same system where the APO intance is installed, take care that you install thel LC client and LC DB software on seperate filesystems, that shld resolve some issues...

Hi,

liveCache issues are handled only over official OSS messages.

You should find more information about your issue in files XCMDOUT.LOG (in install-dir) and knldiag (in liveCache Rundirectory (/sapdb/data/wrk/<SID>).
