Attachment in Email

Hi gurus,

I am using the Survey functionality in SAP GRC Process Control 10.1. Even though I can receive the emails correctly, the attachment is not there. If I check in SOST transaction, the message is generated but without attachment. How can I solve this?

Hello John,

There are some prerequisites you need to check:

1. Inbound rules (transaction SO50) configured?
2. is GRFN_OWP_SENDER program scheduled?

3. Note 944221 checks. Are they performed?

Item number 3 is to check whether your ADS server is working correctly and responding. If you are registered to use Adobe and etc.

When checking the different steps in note 944221, I found a error when executing program FP_TEST_IA_01. Maybe is that the reason for not generating the pdf?

I have check in the SM59 and the connection to ADS, when I try it says Status Text: "Method not allowed".

Maybe is this?

Text: "Method not allowed" is not a problem you can ignore it. You receive a response, right?

Regarding FP_TEST_IA_01, what is the error message?

The problem was the credential of the client for the ADS.
