Mail Sender Adapter not polling

Hi Gurus,

This is regarding sender mail adapter having the below parameters.

TP: IMAP4

MP: XIPAYLOAD

URL: imaps://............

Poll Interval: 3 mins

From past few days onwards, we are observing that the channel is going to hang state(active but not polling).

I have checked various blogs, but nothing is taking me forward to avoid this pr

Please refer the below SAP note for workaround

1666377 - Workaround for File/JDBC/Mail Adapter not polling

Permanent Solution:

1. Apply SAP note 1355715 AF Scheduler to avoid using cluster communication
2. Apply the related notes documented in SAP note 1593415 AF Scheduler - fixes related to relocation mode

Hello Vishnu,

Might be a lock in the channel.

Try restarting the channel and check for any locks.

Hi Vishnu ,

Can you check your sender CC processing using XPI inspector after looking into the note Harish given.

Before that please look into your SSL certificates once .
