Lumira 1.30 "Group by Selection" is not working correctly

Hi all,

I'm using Lumira 1.30 and the data source is an Excel file.

Please tell me how to solve the issue below...

     In 'Prepare view', select a dimension and choose 'Group by Selection...'

     Then add some values to the new group. (values are including Japanese characters)

     It looks working fine.

     But once save the file and reopen it, the group values get corrupt and grouping is not working correctly. (unicode problem?)

Hello Yusuke - what is your data source?

I do this weekly with an Excel report and there are no issues with grouping

I can't recreate your issue, but my Excel files are English only

Hi Yusuke,

Can you please open a new document and only try group by selection with the Japanese character. Save, close and reopen too see if the problem persists.

If it does work, you would just need to create a new document. Else I would go with Tammy's recommendation.

I would also try to uninstall and reinstall Lumira. Keep your files in the same location.
