I have developed an interface long back which is Mail To File. It was working fine, but 2 week ago, I started getting wrong file format. Earlier the payload was in XML Format but now I am receiving Payload in HTML Format.
I asked mail server team to change the setting for mail id to receive mail in simple text format but form their side, it is not possible. once I asked user to change the Outlook Setting from HTML to Plain Text it worked fine. but that is not possible to do it every time.
please let me know the solution for this. I tried with conversion module bean. but it is not working. please let me know how to read mail body in only XML format
