Work manager Restrict iPhone transmit

Hi All,

We have customized our Work Manager application screens only for iPad and don't want users to transmit through other devices. we have many people working in the field and its not possible to train everyone not to use iPhone as most of the screens don't work because of our customization.

I would like to know if there is a possibility to restrict Work manager application to transmit only to iPad and give a message or Warning to the users who attempt to start / transmit the application when they use iPhone.

Please let me know how to get this done.

You can't stop the access to the server as long as a user has a client, a valid cert, and correct access in the back end.

What you can do is on the main screenset is create a screen that says has a message that that client type isn't supported, and setting to the other platform.

No, you need to go into the editor and create a new screen within the Main Screen and then set this screen on the other platforms for the devices you don't want to connect.
